    1. Introduction

    This is the privacy policy for Vantage Communications (USA), LLC (“Vantage” or “We”, “Us” or “Our”), please read it carefully because it explains how we collect and use information about you in the scenarios that are described below. DELYTE (“DELYTE” or “Service”) is an online service and mobile software application that is provided by Vantage. The use of information collected through our Service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the Service for which the clients has engaged Vantage. By using our Service, you agree that we may collect and use your information in the ways described in this privacy policy.

    2. Product Registration Information and Customer Data

    We will retain your product registration information (first name, last name, company, email, phone, address, industry and credit card or payment information) (“Registration Information”) and entered data (“Customer Data”) for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the services. We will use your Registration Information to provide any information and services that you have requested or any products that you have ordered.  We may also use and analyze the Registration Information that we collect so that we can administer, support, improve and develop our website and the products and services we offer.

    Vantage will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Customer Data except to prevent or address service or technical problems or as may be required by law.

     

    1. Mobile Applications Information

    In addition to Product Registration information and Customer Data, Vantage may obtain information through applications (“Mobile Applications”) that Customer or their authorized individuals (“Users”) download to, and run on, their mobile devices (“Devices”). Mobile Applications provided by Vantage may obtain information from, or access data stored on, Users’ Devices to provide services related to the relevant Mobile Application. Information obtained to provide Mobile Application services may include information obtained in preparation for anticipated updates to those services. Mobile Applications may transmit information to and from Devices to provide the Mobile Application services.

    Mobile Applications may provide Vantage with information related to Users’ use of the Mobile Application services, information regarding Users’ computer systems, and information regarding Users’ interaction with Mobile Applications, which Vantage may use to provide and improve the Mobile Application services. For example, all actions taken in a Mobile Application may be logged, along with associated relevant information (such as the time of day when each action was taken).

    Customers may configure their Vantage Mobile Application, and the information accessed or obtained by the Mobile Application on a User’s Device may be affected by the Customer’s configuration. Information accessed or obtained by the Mobile Application on a User’s Device may be accessible to the Customer and its organization, depending on the intended functionality of the Mobile Application.

     

    1. C. Cookies, Web Beacons and IP Addresses

    Technologies such as: cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are also used by Vantage and our advertising partners and service providers. These technologies are used to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.

    We use cookies to remember users’ settings on our website and for authentication. Users can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. If you reject cookies, you may still use our site, but your ability to use some features or areas of our site may be limited.

     We also use web beacons to count users who have visited our website after clicking through from one of our advertisements on another website and to collect details of any products purchased.  These web beacons collect limited information which does not identify particular individuals.  It is not possible to refuse the use of web beacons.  However, because they are used in conjunction with cookies, you can effectively disable them by setting your browser to restrict or block cookies.

    We gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We do link some of this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information.

     

    1. No Personal Information Collected on Children under Age 13

    We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly obtain parental consent or remove the information.

     

    III.       How We Use the Information

    We will use all reasonable endeavors to accommodate requests to delete personal information unless it is required to be retained by law or for lawful business purposes. However, please note that it can sometimes take up to two weeks before your account disappears completely and your details may still appear in the reviews directory during this time. Vantage uses Registration Data to perform the services requested. Vantage uses Web Site Navigational Information to operate and improve the Vantage’s Web sites.

    We follow generally accepted standards to protect Registration Information, Customer Data and Navigational Information (collectively “Submitted Data”) submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. We will keep your Submitted Data secure by taking appropriate technical and organizational measures against its unauthorized or unlawful processing and against its accidental loss, destruction or damage.  The internet is not always secure therefore, although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your Submitted Data which is transmitted to our website and any transmission will be at your own risk.

    Vantage complies with the U.S.–E.U. and U.S.–Swiss Safe Harbor Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of all Submitted Data from European Union member countries and Switzerland. Vantage has certified that it adheres to the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access, and enforcement.

    Vantage has been awarded TRUSTe’s Privacy Seal signifying that this privacy policy and practices have been reviewed by TRUSTe for compliance with TRUSTe’s program requirements and TRUSTe Cloud Program Requirements including transparency, accountability and choice regarding the collection and use of Submitted Data. The TRUSTe program covers the web site www.vantageunified.com, our mobile application, and the DELYTE platform.
